Nanny Needed For Newborn - Long Term Position

We are searching for a nanny to care for our newborn beginning in March. Care will involve teamwork during my maternity leave (diapering, bottles, etc.) and independent care of baby after I go back to work. Expectations include daily walks in the neighborhood, specific activities or toys that we may leave, maintaining a sleep and feeding schedule and cleanup of baby items. We have two small dogs that can stay in crates during the day, but will be in the house with you. Our home does have stairs and the baby's room is upstairs. We also have a 3-year-old, but she attends daycare full time. Our neighborhood is great for walks with trees and sidewalks and places to grab food or coffee. We expect this position to last at least a year. Newborn/infant experience is required.
