Part Time Nanny For 16 Month Old

We are looking for someone to help watch our 16-month-old for several hours a week while we work from home during the day. We would prefer someone who has their own transportation and is comfortable with pets (we have 2 large dogs). Our little guy is in a really fun stage right now and loves to run and play. His favorite activities are being outside (if it's nice out), playing in sensory bins and playing with his cars.
