Long Term Nanny Needed

Hello! I am Looking for a long term nanny/mom helper to take care of my 17-month-old, the job won't start until December, Monday through Friday in the afternoons or full day. Pay will be based on experience. Below are some of our expectations: - Non smoker. - I do have cameras at home so must be comfortable with that. - experience with toddlers, someone who not just watch my baby but also engage in play with him (read, sing, take him to playground or libraries, etc). Day care experience is a big plus. - Energetic, caring, attentive, communicative, and flexible - skilled in providing routine care such. as diaper changing, meal / snack offering. -strong references. must pass background check. - must be comfortable with dogs. We have 2 small dogs. Mom will home most of the time and can help when needed.
