Babysitter Needed For 3 Children

We have a 20-month-old daughter and are expecting twin girls in November or December. Hoping to find a long term nanny (part time- 15-30 Hours/week) who can start soon to give our toddler time to get used to them before the twins arrive. Mom will be home most of the time and toddler attends Mother's Day out a few days a week. We are looking for someone who is willing to help with light housekeeping such as dishes and baby laundry when toddler is in Mother's Day out. We do have dogs but you will not be responsible for their care. Our schedule is extremely flexible and can be adapted to fit that of the ideal candidate.
