Looking For A Nanny For Our 12 Month Old Daughter!

Hello! My husband and I are looking for a nanny in Norman. We have two daughters, 3. 5 years and 12 months. Our 3. 5 y/o is in daycare, but we are looking for someone to regularly watch our 12 m/o 15-20 hours a week. We are super flexible on days/hours, so we think a college student may be our best bet. We're hopeful to build a relationship with someone who could also occasionally babysit both girls. There may be light cooking/housekeeping involved. Our requirements are someone who has their own car, does not smoke and is CPR certified. Someone who has experience in early childhood education would be a bonus!
