Babysitter/ Nanny For For 6-8 24 Hour Shifts A Month

Both my husband and I are Firefighters. It consists of a 9-day cycle where we work a 24-hour shift, followed by 24 hours off duty, works another 24-hour shift, followed by 24 hours off duty, then works a final 24-hour shift, followed by 4 consecutive days off duty. It sounds super confusing, but I promise it isn't. We are willing to negotiate a salary. We have a 3-year-old son that we have full time, and two older kids that we rotate week on/week off, so you would have them half the time. Ultimately, we need someone to cover 6-8 (willing to negotiate) 24 hour shifts per month. You would be responsible for getting to our house at 5:30 a.m. and taking care of the kids until we get back home around 6:30-7:30 a.m. the next morning. We are seeking someone who genuinely loves children.
