Babysitter Needed For 2 Children

We are looking for someone to pick up our two boys at 3:25 and take them home to our house (around 5 miles) on Monday through Thursday. Once there, to get them settled in, play games or get snacks, help with homework, and if needed to help my mother, who lives with us, to do some light housekeeping and/or help get dinner going. The boys have ADHD and Autism. The younger is pretty self sufficient and low maintenance, but the older tends to get into things if you don't keep an eye on him, but he's usually easy to redirect. On Fridays they are out of school, and I work from home, so unless I have a work emergency or doctors appts most Fridays are not needed. Just fyi, We have 3 loud but friendly dogs who bark but don't bite.
