I will need help with my 3-month-old while I work from home. Daycare is not available until after I need to return to work. I need someone who can take care of the baby when I am working and on calls. Typical work day is 8am-4:30pm, but I would only need assistance from about 9:30am-3 p.m. Lunch break could be an hour any time between 11am-1 p.m. depending on if meetings are scheduled.
