Our son is an infant that will require an attentive individual to engage with him while we're at work. The caregiver's primary responsibility will be to make sure our sons needs are met. We have a 15-year-old daughter who spends a majority of her time away from home between school and activities/hobbies. We also have two pugs that will be present in the home.
