We are seeking a patient, reliable, and compassionate caregiver to support a young adult with autism and intellectual disabilities. This individual thrives with routine, consistency, and positive reinforcement. The ideal candidate will help promote independence while providing daily structure, supervision, and assistance with life skills and social engagement. Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one support in daily living activities (e. g., hygiene, meals, dressing) Assist with basic household tasks and maintaining a clean, safe environment Implement and reinforce daily routines and personalized support plans Facilitate community outings, activities, and social skill development Encourage communication, independence, and self-advocacy Administer medication or assist as needed (if applicable) Work collaboratively with family mem
