Recurring Babysitter

We're looking for a recurring babysitter for our 17-month-old, we also have a new born coming in June! We need care from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday thru Thursday but are flexible on days and times for the right person. We're looking for someone who has experience nannying or frequent baby sitting, who's comfortable with teaching and exploring new skills, making meals and participating in baby led feeding, preparing for naps, and going for walks and to the park. We work from home and would need someone who's comfortable caring for the kid's while we're also home. Our son loves outdoor activities, playing with trucks, sports, games, puzzles, coloring and building things! He doesn't currently have exposure to technology or TV. Reinforcing positive behaviors, preparing for potty training, developing decision making skills. No pets!
