Seeking Reliable, Amazing Childcare for my 18-Month-Old Hi there! I'm Will, I'm looking for a trustworthy and experienced caregiver to help care for my sweet 18-month-old son. Here's what I'm hoping to find: Availability: Thursdays and Fridays are a must (8am-6pm), with occasional flexibility for weekend or weekday evening shifts (not often, just when needed). Experience: Someone who has hands-on experience with toddlers and understands their developmental needs, energy levels, and quirks. Tidy-Up Skills: I'd love for you to help keep things tidy after playtime, meals, and general care just to keep things manageable!
