My baby boy is almost 3 months old. Me and my husband work together and have 12 hour shifts. We try to work opposite schedules to avoid needing childcare but it doesnt always work out. Occasionally were scheduled to work the same days and need someone who is willing to work intermittently to help us on those days. We usually only need help 1-3 days every two weeks.
