Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Youngstown

I am a night shift nurse who works every day (except Thursday) every other week! My fiancé owns a drone recovery business and works part time as a restaurant manager. He is often out on calls late into the evening while I'm at work. We would need someone mostly on my work week and maybe a couple days on my off week. We have her in daycare on the days when I have to sleep between shifts, and he has to work earlier. Our parents are lovely and also help out when they can! Due to all of these factors our schedule will vary week to week. Tasks would include light tidying, washing bottles & Sippy's, preparing and serving dinner, and nighttime routine/ putting her to bed. Our baby is 14 months old and is super sweet, curious and loves to play! She is very accustomed to her schedule and loves going for walks around the neighborhood!
