We tend to feed them when they wake up but their lunch around 2:30-3:00 p.m. and dinner at 7 our oldest always says she's hungry but we try not to feed her too much since its becoming a habit to eat. They normally are allowed to 1-2 hours on a screen a day. Then we prefer them to go outside or play with their toys. We don't really like them watching videos so we mostly restrict them from that.
