Seeking Mom's Helper

We are a Christian homeschooling family looking for a mom's helper 2-3 days a week. Primarily we need someone during the morning hours to assist with homeschooling and general daily chores with our kiddos. We have four very well behaved boys, ages 11, 9, 9, and 7 and a baby girl who is 6 months old. There are times when my husband is on travel that I'd like to also have help in the evenings if possible. A good fit for us would be someone who is patient and kind with boys, but also firm enough to uphold the house rules. Applicant must also be comfortable with caring for a baby. We would prefer a helper who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets. The ideal applicant would be a self-starter, able to identify what needs to be done and complete tasks with little supervision or instruction.
