Nanny requirements Hello - we are searching for a nanny 4x week for our active 17-month-old. He loves reading, dancing and learning new things! We are in Kirtland. What we are looking for: * reliable 8:00am-4:30 p.m. and some flexibility on evenings or weekends as agreed upon by both parties * kind and caring, knows how to handle a crying baby and redirect or soothe appropriately * willing to do educational activities and active play to help LO meet milestones someone to grow with our family and help our LO achieve milestones * limit their own screen time and stay engaged with the baby as we do not plan on introducing screens any time soon * light housekeeping as related to baby (playroom, bottles, etc) * organize activities/ play dates/ classes * willing to provide good references
