Location: Westlake, OH Children: 15-month-old Compensation: $30-$35/hr Schedule: 30 guaranteed hrs/week, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm Description: An active and structured family in Westlake, Ohio is seeking a consistent and adaptable nanny to care for their 15-month-old daughter. Their daughter is initially shy but quickly warms up, showing her sweet and playful nature. She's kind, generous, and great at self-play, keeping herself entertained in her playroom. She loves reading, water play, slides, and outings to the library, grocery store, and parks. She cannot tolerate liquid milk and drinks soy milk instead and can enjoy yogurt and cheese. Mom and Dad successfully co-parent and the nanny will split time between their respective homes. They're looking for a reliable, discreet, and trustworthy nanny who will care for their daughter while respecting their privacy and values. The right fit is someone dependable and proactive who can maintain professionalism without bringing personal opinions into the home. They appreciate structure and consistency, ensuring their daughter follows a daily routine while allowing for flexibility. Sensory-based learning is a big focus, with lots of hands-on activities and outings, as screen time isn't part of their day. This individual will also be responsible for all child-related tasks including planning engaging and age-appropriate activities, child-related transportation from school, preparing healthy meals and snacks, and tending to the child's laundry. Qualifications 3 years of professional childcare experience High school diploma Ability to pass a background check At least 21 years of age Authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable and insured vehicle Pet friendly - the family has 2 furry friends- 2 French Bulldogs Schedule The position is part-time guaranteed 30 hours per week. The general schedule will fall on Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm. Compensation The family is offering $30-$35/hr based upon 30 hours per week which equates to up to $900-$1,050/week, and an anticipated annual base income of up to $46K-$52K+/year. This position is paid legally, on a W-2, subject to regular deductions and withholdings as required by law. Benefits The family is providing a $200 monthly healthcare stipend, 10 days of paid time off, 5 paid sick days, paid major holidays, and mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate for on-the-job travel.
