Part Time Nanny For 10 Month Old

I'm looking for someone to watch just my 10-month-old for the rest of the school year. When the summer begins, we will increase hours and have the person watch both kids on Tuesday's and Thursday from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. When the school year starts back up we'd go back to just Thursdays with the baby. Ideally, I'd like to find a person who could work for our family for the next two and a half years. We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. We believe in nurturing curiosity, creativity and compassion. A genuine love of kids is important. A love of play and patience for when emotions get big. Also, the ability to take care of a baby including diaper changes. Reliability and open communication are pivotal attributes in finding someone that will work with our family. We have a small 10lbs shih-tzu poodle.
