My wife stays at home with the kids and I go to work from 8-530 everyday. My wife needs help in the mornings with the kids. Our care giver would just be needed to play and interact with them for the time they wake up around 830 until about 1 p.m. daily. This way she can focus on chores around the house and even leave to run errands. There would be weeks when I will be traveling for work and the needs would increase to 830-530 (full day).
