I have a 3-year-old little girl, a 9-year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy. The 13-year-old is self sufficient. I just need the sitter to implement homework time (which involves reading and maybe spelling or vocab words), get dinner together (which will usually be prepared ahead of time), bedtime routine. The 3-year-old is the only one that needs help, the other one just needs direction. They enjoy board games, toys, reading, crafts and coloring. I allow TV after everything is done for an hour tops.
