Nanny Needed For My Children In Troy.

My son is just about 11 weeks old so I need someone that is qualified and comfortable caring or an infant that can be needy. He likes to be walked around and needs entertaining. Hes in a prime developmental age and would like someone to be able to dedicate the time he needs to his development! He is on formula so hes completely bottle fed. He eats every 3 hours and we try to stick to 90 minute wake windows so we know when to put him down for naps. We try for 4 naps a day (he normally only sleeps for 30min. to an hour) and sometimes he only will go down for 3 naps.
