Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Troy (special Needs)

We need a nanny for our 2 children in Troy. Very important note-- our son is nonspeaking autistic with a developmental disability. He has a risk of having a seizure which is why you would never been truly alone with him. We can step in immediately if that happens. Daughter is 4 and is in foster care (we are foster parents) trauma informed or willing to learn would be a plus! A parent or both will always be home. I work from home and are able to step in if needed from time to time. We are flexible with schedule and start date. We need a helping hand about 10 hours a week so my husband can grocery shop, etc. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We have a dog who is sweet but will be around and a cat you will never see but I want to note incase of any allergies.
