Sitter Needed For 3 Children

We are looking for a summer sitter, 2 days a week (we can be flexible on which days those are but it would ideally be consistent week to week). Open to a female adult, high school, or college student. Could be open to a mom who wants to bring their own child. Twin girls + 1 boy Potential for more hours on certain weeks if desired. Looking for someone with strong interpersonal and nurturing skills, likes to have fun with the kids, passion for imagination and play, warm and patient (that does not rely on screen time). Has initiative & good time management around established activities, and household responsibilities (meal preparation, light tidying up). Needs to be comfortable taking kids to pool & any scheduled activities nearby. Must be comfortable with a dog in the house (he's a big sweet heart) and crate trained.
