We are a family looking for a kind, emotionally intelligent, and trustworthy nanny to care for our sweet and active 2-year-old boy. Ideally, you would share our Christian values, brings a calm and caring presence, and understands the importance of gentle, respectful discipline without physical punishments. A few important things to know about this position: -Mom works from home and is around the house frequently -We like to be informed about what happens throughout the day with basic communication. -Reliable transportation is required. -Continued trust building is required, we highly prioritize the safety of our son We'd love to find someone who holds a genuine love for children, can engage with our toddler in a developmentally appropriate and nurturing way, and understands big toddler emotions with patience and grace.
