Nanny Needed For Infant

Hello! We are new parents to a sweet 2. 5-month-old baby girl (born in early January). We are looking someone to care for her as I return to work! My husband and I both work from home 2-3 days a week, but would prefer an in-home daycare set up if possible. Ideally, we are looking for M-F during the work day from 7:30-4:30, but are flexible on hours and days as we are trying to build a schedule. June or earlier is a preferred start time for us. Our biggest concern is just finding someone consistent who can care for our new love on a regular schedule.
