Babysitter/Nanny Needed For Our Sweet Daughter In Springfield

My wife is a nurse and works 14 hour shifts and I'm a fire fighter and work 24 hour shifts. We'll need someone who can watch out daughter once a week on a varying schedule due to our jobs. There may more days a week depending on how our schedule goes. As well as a date night here or there. Our daughter is 15 months old and such a joy to be around. We don't let her watch any TV or use any technology other . She's on a pretty regimented schedule that she follows closely. We don't feed her fried foods, sugar, or fast food, etc.
