About the job
We have a 3.5yo and a 1yo. My partner and I work irregular schedules in healthcare and law enforcement and need someone that is flexible and willing to work varied hours including days/mids and if interested, evenings/nights/weekends. During the majority of childcare hours at least one parent will still be at home (either sleeping after a night shift or working from home). Childcare may include toddler or infant care only or care for both depending on the day and parent schedule. Also looking for help with some light housekeeping - kids laundry, picking up toys, meal prep, cleaning, etc. We prefer minimal screen time and instead encourage a Montessori learning approach. Ultimately, we would love to have someone looking to stay long term and grow with our family.
