Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Springfield

We are hoping to find a shared nanny to care for our 13-month-old girl. We are open to care being provided in our home or another family's home nearby. However, we do have two small dogs. Clear communication and transparency is our biggest concern. We like to keep things structured and stick to a routine, but also allow some flexibility. We currently only need care M-W, but that is expected to change to M-F in the near future. Start time is 7 am, but end time can vary between 3-5:30 p.m. Like most parents, we want the best care possible for our child. For us, that is someone who is caring and provides interaction/activities. We have a large fenced in back yard, and our girl loves being outside! I
