About the job
Seeking a regular, occasional sitter for 3 yo girl with epilepsy. She had radical brain surgery in March '24 that stabilized seizures, but she has permanent impairments as a result (weakness on the right side and some vision loss), and some behavior issues (impulsivity, attention-seeking). Despite this she is quite high functioning - she is verbal, strong, coordinated, and spunky. Also potential to become our regular date night sitter - we have another daughter age 7. Our ideal sitter is CPR & First Aid Certified, with a willingness to become Seizure First Aid Certified (we'll arrange to complete). Previous experience with special needs preferred, and/or attending school to pursue a career in healthcare, and/or previous healthcare experience. We have one dog in the home - sitter not responsible for pet care.
