A Loving family seeks an experienced, enthusiastic nanny for their three children (ages 7, 5, and 1) in the eastern suburbs of Cleveland. The eldest is busy and creative and enjoys performing arts among many other activities. The middle child is an energetic preschooler who loves puzzles and outdoor activities. The youngest is a content, adaptable baby. Parents work both at home and in an office setting and value a balance of structure and fun in their home. The household includes friendly dogs and emphasizes active, enriching activities. The family enjoys regular traditions and seasonal travel, including potential international trips. The ideal candidate for this role will be reliable, punctual, organized, self-motivated, comfortable with pets, able to balance nurturing care with appropriate boundaries, and ready to manage household tasks related to childcare. This role includes all essential childcare duties, activity planning, transportation to and from activities, meal preparation, and kitchen organization. This role also entails management of the children's spaces and supplies along with travel preparation assistance. Qualifications 3+ years of professional childcare experience Experience working with infants Experience working with multiple children at once Valid driver's license and clean driving record At least 21 years of age Authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma Pet friendly Ability to pass a background check Schedule This position is guaranteeing 40 hours per week. The general schedule will fall on Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM-6:30 PM. Flexibility to stay late or arrive early when requested is essential. Compensation This family is offering $27-$30/hr based on 40 hours per week, which equates to up to $62.4K+/year. This position is paid legally, on a W-2, subject to regular deductions and withholdings as required by law. Benefits The family is providing 10 days of paid time off per year, 6 paid holidays, use of the family vehicle for on-the-job travel, a healthcare stipend of $200 per month, and a bonus program to be tailored to the candidate.
