Great Nanny For 1 Infant In Rocky River

We are looking for a great nanny for our expected baby boy in Rocky River, starting in March 2025. We would prefer an experienced nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets (we have two small dogs) and who is CPR certified. We would prefer someone who is comfortable and experienced with infants and okay with a flexible schedule. I am a resident physician and have a varying work schedule, including overnight calls during the week/weekend, while my husband works more regular hours Monday through Friday. We would need someone during the work day while he is at work, but schedule may vary if I am home during the week. We are interested in finding someone who can work 4-5 days a week. We would need someone long term after the summer four days a week if interested.
