Sitter Needed For 2 Kids (1 With Special Needs)

We are looking for a sitter for our daughter (8) and son (5) who has ADHD and needs a stable, safe environment. For the rest of the summer, we'd like help watching them while I'm working from home 1-2 times a week (we're flexible on days and hours), and an occasional date night. We want someone with special needs experience who has a gentle approach to caregiving and knows how to hold firm boundaries when it matters, but also knows how to creatively compromise to get things done. Dependable transportation is important since were in a rural area. Light meal prep and clean up appreciated.
