Afternoon Helper For Toddler

We are having difficulty with potty training and need a person dedicated to creating comfort and consistency in her afternoons and avoiding accidents. She knows how to use the potty and wipe herself, but we are in a regression from recent changes and need more resources to push all the way through. She has morning care from 8:30am-12 p.m. and then will need picked up and fed lunch in our home (where we work). She does take a nap from 1:30-3 p.m. during this window, so any help with light housework during that time, like folding laundry, would be much appreciated but not required. M is a spunky 3-year-old perpetual motion machine. She loves to read books, build towers, and take care of her stuffed animals. Her favorite color is yellow and she dances every chance that she gets.
