About the job
The kids are really well behaved, they just need attention and care I can't give while also working my remote from home job. I will be around so you won't be on your own, I just really need help so that I can get time focused in my office and quiet time when I'm on the phone or on a teams call meeting where I can't have my mic and camera off. I will not always need you for an entire day 8am-4 p.m. And I will be sure to let you know my upcoming schedules beforehand so that you know how many hours you're looking at. I wfh 90% of the time but I do have occasional travel days to client sites. On those days, I would need you the full day. My travel days are not often, but they do happen and can be random on an as- needed basis.
