Nanny Needed For Special Needs Child

Hello! I'm looking for a babysitter to watch one child in my home. School drop-off/pickup will be needed, prep snacks, light house upkeep. J is 6 years old, autistic, nonverbal, and not yet potty-trained, so our main need is care for him. Will need aid getting J's older sister A to school in morning too; she will be there remainder of set hours. Experience with special needs preferred. We have an indoor cat who will mostly keep to herself. This position would work for someone wanting a split schedule (8-1 p.m. and 4-6pm), but I am also open to splitting this job into two different positions, 8am-1 p.m. and 1-6 p.m. , with the latter shift helping with housework between 1-4 p.m. while J is at school.
