Dedicated Nanny For Active And Fun 7- And 9-year Old In Central Perrysburg

Our family is very active and outdoorsy. We practice respectful parenting and limited screen time to foster independence, creativity, empathy, and attachment. Our children love to play outside and go on "adventures". They play various sports and love drawing, arts and crafts, "dance parties", and all types of imaginative play. LEGO, Nerf wars, and making jewelry are the current favored indoor activities. Our children are continuing to work on their emotional intelligence and management skills and sometimes need assistance identifying feelings and navigating typical sibling disputes. They are quite independent for their age, but obviously still require prompts and assistance with a variety of tasks. The ideal caretaker should be energetic, engaged (no phone addicts!), and FUN, and truly enjoy spending time and connecting with children on their level. We require someone who is reliable with strong communication skills to provide consistent long-term care. We do not have access to public transit, but we do have street and driveway parking. We have one friendly, medium-sized rescue dog (English Setter/Lab mix), so a love for dogs is a plus!
