Looking For A Nanny For Our Autistic Son!

I am looking for a nanny who has experience with working with disabled children, specifically autism! We have an almost 2-year-old son who has severe autism along with some muscle issues. I am at home with him all of the time but our oldest daughter, 3, is starting preschool and I am looking for someone to stay at home while I drop her off/pick her up! Also, during the time between when she is in school it would be nice to have someone working with him and playing with him while I get work done around the house. We do have two dogs, a Border Collie and a Goldendoodle, so must be comfortable with pets!
