Nanny Needed In Oxford

Oxford family needs a Nanny. We have a unique situation and are looking for a regular Nanny available throughout the month a varying schedule depending on our travel / work schedule etc, However, we would be able to guarantee a set salary monthly even though the schedule varies. We are looking for someone available to care for our youngest daughter (7 yrs old) after school as well as transport our two sons (14 & 15) to and from their after-school activities as needed. We are also looking for someone available to stay over to care when we travel throughout the month. Would involve taking our children to school in the mornings. Will also involve helping with our 11-month-old dog as well. Please let me know your availability. We are looking for someone to start immediately but we have some flexibility.
