Nanny Needed For My Children In North Royalton.

I work overnight 12 hour shifts. I am trying to plan for the possibility of needing full time overnight childcare on days that I am working. I have a bi-weekly schedule where I work Sun night, Mon night, Thurs night, Fri night, Sat night one week, and the next week I work Tues night and Wens night. I would need a caregiver to stay overnight while my children sleep and I am at work. They typically sleep between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. with occasional waking up through the night. My shift is from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and I typically leave the house around 7 p.m. and get back around 9 a.m. the following morning.
