Babysitter Needed For 2 Children In North Olmsted

I'm looking for a reliable and caring babysitter to help with my two children in the evenings while I work. One of my children is high-functioning autistic, so I need someone who is patient, understanding, and experienced (or willing to learn) when it comes to kids on the spectrum. The ideal person will: Be available in the evenings until I return from work Assist with bedtime routines, including winding down and getting them ready for bed Provide a calm, structured, and nurturing environment Be comfortable with pets and enjoy being around animals Help tidy up after the kids to keep things in order If you're kind, responsible, and have experience with neurodivergent children, I'd love to hear from you!
