Long Term Nanny Needed For 18M Old

We are looking for a long term nanny for our daughter. The job would be consistent, 8am-1pm, although sometimes on Wednesdays it would be 9am-2 p.m. My husband and I both work at home, so we will be home the whole time, but in our offices. We also have two small dogs so we need someone who is comfortable with pets. We have a nanny right now who is getting a full time job, you can of course ask her about working for us. We would also like a recommendation from someone you have worked with. Here are our expectations: Lots of play! We don't do tv unless she's super sick. Easy meal prep for lunch, nothing crazy. Cleaning up the toys and lunch when you're done, but you don't have to clean our house Cheerful attitude and not a lot of cellphone time when you're here.
