Their soon-to-be 11-year-old daughter is the spitting image of her dad, with a laid-back, tomboy spirit. She's not one for dressing up and loves getting into the action with basketball and softball. She's the epitome of an easygoing, ideal child, making her a joy to be around. Their 7-year-old daughter is the epitome of sweetness and style! A girly girl at heart, she starts her day at 8 AM with a skincare routine, picks out the perfect dress, and adds just the right accessories to complete her look. As the family's dedicated Household Manager, you will be responsible for a range of essential tasks. These include preparing meals for the children, assisting with their school preparations, handling child-related transportation, managing household organization, overseeing family laundry, maintaining order in the home, light housekeeping, creating and managing grocery lists, grocery shopping, running errands, vehicle maintenance, and overall meal planning and preparation. Qualifications 3 years of professional childcare experience Household management experience High school diploma At least 21 years of age Valid driver's license Clean driving record Reliable and insured vehicle Authorized to work in the U.S. Schedule The schedule is part-time, guaranteeing 23.5 hours per week. The general schedule will fall on Thursday from 7 am to 8:30 pm, and Friday from 7 am to 5 pm. The family is open to 2 additional hours/week during the week of the candidates choosing if the candidate would like additional hours. Compensation The family is offering $25-$35/hour based upon 25 guaranteed hours per week which equates to up to $875 weekly, and an anticipated annual base income of up to $45k+/year. This position is paid legally, on a W-2, subject to regular deductions and withholdings as required by law. Benefits The family is providing 5 days of paid vacation, 2 paid sick days, paid major holidays if they fall in within the work week, and mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate for on-the-job travel.
