About the job
I recently accepted a job working 3a-1130a. My husband works 7a-7p. We live in New Lebanon Ohio and our daughter goes to elementary school which starts at 830 a.m. My husband would need to drop her off by 630 a.m. and the person we hire would need to drive her to school or get her on the bus in-front of our home. Or the person we hire would need to be at our house by 630 a.m. no later to make sure my husband can leave on time to get to his job and then get her on the bus from our home. If we brought her to the person we are hiring we would make sure everything is packed and ready for her day to be taken to the school or bus stop when its time. If the person we are hiring came to our home, we would again make sure shes dressed and ready at 630 a.m. but we would have you feed her breakfast and get her on the bus.
