An exciting opportunity awaits you in New Albany, OH where delightful parents have welcomed the newest addition to their family!
The family welcomed their baby boy into the world on December 14.
Mom and Dad are searching for a professional and experienced nanny who will bring genuine dedication, maturity, and a nurturing touch to caring for their precious newborn. They hope to find a career nanny who deeply values responsibility and approaches each day with thoughtfulness and a detail-oriented approach. Ideally the nanny would be an extension of the family, with a close, long-term relationship.
The perfect nanny would treat their little one as their own, with the same level of attentiveness and care as Mom, tracking feedings, diaper changes, and daily routines to support the baby's development. A holistic approach to childcare is important to the family, including no screen time. This family values trust preferring someone honest, trustworthy, earnest, and has a confident yet nurturing presence with a steady personality.
A perfect fit would be a nanny who brings not only experience but also a passion for childcare, understanding that trust is built through consistent caring, attention to detail and respect for the family's values.
This individual's responsibilities will include all child-related tasks including providing reliable care, providing guidance around developmental milestones, preparing and sterilizing bottles, doing baby laundry, keeping the nursery clean and organized, and keeping a detailed journal of the baby's eating, sleeping, and diapering habits. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with household tasks while the child is sleeping to keep the home organized and tidy. The family is also interested in discussing a willingness to do laundry for the entire family and light cooking.
The family also has a 9-year-old boy fifty percent of the time and while it will not be all the time, the nanny should be prepared to support the elder son as well.
