I have a 1-year-old daughter, E. I am looking for an in-home nanny/mothers helper to assist in watching over E while I work. I work from home and would be around during the day. Primary activities would be watching/playing with E, managing meal times, managing nap times (2x per day), and occasional light housework. E is an active 1-year-old and loves to play and explore. She really just needs an extra watchful eye on her to ensure she is safe during the day. I would still be around the entire day and sometimes involved in mealtimes and naptimes as my work schedule allows. Ideally, this person would be willing to stick with our family for a long time and potentially take on a stronger nanny role as our family grows with multiple children. I plan to actively interview anyone interested before hiring.
