Mother's Helper Needed

Hi! I am a newly homeschooling mama to 5 wonderful little girls, and I am looking for some help in the evenings when my husband is working. He works night shifts about 3-5 times per week, and we get his monthly schedule about a week before the start of the month. For the right candidate, schedule would be extremely flexible and accommodating, we are just hoping for someone to help with dinner and bedtime, occasional date nights, and possibly additional hours during naptimes so I can run errands. We have dogs, so candidates need to be comfortable with dogs. Updated to add: I will be working from home part-time on a very flexible schedule, so I will be relying more heavily on the help for meal prep and light housekeeping while I put the kids to bed. It will also involve a week of training where we may need more care than usual.
