Babysitter(s) For 3 Boys Under 4

Looking for a periodic babysitter for our three boys. They're sweet, but mom and I would like to go out on dates or run errands sometimes. Primary goal is childcare / keeping them alive. If you have a friend that you work well with, we're amendable to a team because there are three of them. We are flexible on time - we can do either mornings (maybe preferred?) or afternoon/evening, but some degree of consistency will be preferred. Double bonus points if you're amendable to being someone we can call in an emergency to come watch them if we need to run one to the doctor or something (for super extra pay of course). Two dogs - a cavalier King Charles spaniel that is the sweetest dog alive, but is a little in the way sometimes. His patience with the kids is 10/10. The other is a maltipoo.
