About the job
I'm looking for a responsible, engaging and active babysitter for 2 kids, 12-year-old girl and 10-year-old boy. Primary responsibilities include the following: drive kids to their summer activities (e. g., camps, practice, tutoring), supervise them at the pool (there are lifeguards but primarily need to ensure they order healthy lunch, support them if/when they need help, ensure following pool rules, etc.), provide active and fun environment while at home (kids love to play basketball, soccer, volleyball, pickleball in the backyard, and ride bikes), helping with summer homework packet (e. g., reading, math.) Some meal prep is required (e. g., snacks, lunch, etc.) Also, helping the kids pack/unpack pool bag, etc. We have a friendly labradoodle. Start day is flexible; ideally nanny could start before Memorial Day to shadow before starting.
