My oldest son is allergic to milk and eggs. He has an epipen. My schedule changes weekly as I work one day from home. It won't always be 4 days a week. We also currently have a sitter that allows us to pay based on the day. Half days are $30 a day and full days we pay $60 a day. We pay her on a weekly basis and that is very helpful to us. We can be flexible with price to an extent.
